Emotional Body
Your emotional body reflects your inner landscape — your feelings, sensitivities, and emotional patterns. We explore how emotions live in the body, we learn about nervous system regulation, gently unpack stored experiences, and create space for emotional clarity, resilience, and self-compassion, growth, etc.
Mental Body
Your mental body is home to your thoughts, beliefs, and perceptions. We’ll look at the stories you carry, the thought patterns that shape your life, and how to create space for clearer thinking, aligned decision-making, and mental peace. Mental work is mindset work but we also look at how other bodies affect your mental heatlh.
Spiritual Body
Your spiritual body connects you to meaning, intuition, and something greater than yourself. Whether through quiet reflection, reconnecting to your intuition, or exploring what brings you purpose, we’ll honor this layer of your being in a way that feels natural and personal to you.
Physical Body
Your physical body is your first home. It houses all your other bodies - your heart, mind and soul. We’ll work to understand how your body expresses itself - especially stress, how it moves and responds to your environment- supporting you in feeling grounded, energized, and connected to your body’s natural rhythms. My work encompasses functional movement, somatic support, body awareness, nutrition. Our physical body is about movement and expression but the health of it also largely depends on what we choose to put in our physical body.
