Let’s Get to Know Each Other
Another one of my love languages is food.
I don’t have a favorite meal - I just love real, flavorful food (usually some combo of meat & veggies). I was born and raised in Europe in beautiful Croatia, so I’ve been very (gratefully) spoiled in the culinary sense. One of my top dishes is called Pašticada.
I love to cook, and I feel very loved and taken care of when someone cooks for me.
I feel deeply fulfilled by simple, grounded ways of living — being in nature, walking through open fields, growing food, and spending time outdoors.
I get asked all the time if I dye my hair. I don’t. It changes color depending on the season. In the summer it’s strawberry blonde, in the fall/winter it’s more light brown. I feel it’s my (lion’s) mane !
Presence, attunement, and nervous system safety are central to how I connect with people.
It matters deeply to me to create safe, grounded spaces where we can be present, listen, relate, and create.
I’m a hugger. I love hugs for many reasons, and they are truly my love language.
I’m an empath & a HSP (highly sensitive person). I used to think this was a negative thing. Now I know it’s a gift that comes with boundaries.
I love horses. They are gentle, powerful beings with profound healing power. I’ve always had a special bond with them.
What brings me joy: love, hugs, kids, puppies, dancing, swimming, laughing, play, discovering new places in the world, sunsets and sunrises, summers in Croatia, genuine connection.
