One-on-one 60-minute coaching sessions, held via video call so you can stay in the comfort of your home.
$110 USD / hour
2. Couples Sessions
60-minute coaching sessions, held via video call so you can stay in the comfort of your home.
$197 USD / hour (a small discount is applied compared to two individual sessions).
3. 3-Month Coaching Journey
For deeper and more continuous support, this 3-month container includes weekly video sessions and ongoing connection between calls through text, voice, or video messages.
$2,500 USD for individual sessions, $3500 USD for couples

I use tools from nervous system regulation, mindset coaching, NLP, conflict resolution, and holistic health to support your transformation.

I offer in-person training sessions at the gym where I coach. These sessions focus on functional movement, strength, mobility, nutrition, and supporting your physical body in a way that aligns with your overall well-being.
Whether you’re looking for weekly training or a more consistent schedule, we will tailor a plan that fits your goals, availability, and needs.
Rates are customized individually since some clients train multiple times per week and others prefer occasional guidance. Package options and discounts are available for recurring sessions.
