1:1 Coaching / Counseling
We create a safe space to support you in an obstacle you’re facing or a goal you want to achieve. We explore your values, desires, needs, and the challenges you’re facing. Together, we use tools from nervous system work, mindset coaching, NLP, and others, to support your growth and healing.
3-Month Coaching Container
Transformation takes time and consistency. I work with clients in a minimum of 3-month commitment, meeting weekly to create real, lasting change. Our coaching sessions are done through video calls
Sessions include:
Emotional and mindset support
Tools for nervous system regulation
Guidance around lifestyle, nutrition, and movement
Space for reflection, clarity, and integration
